Conditions of All Transactions with J & J Networks & or ClevesConnections
-All material is guaranteed by the manufacturer (not J & J Networks, LLP.) as specified in documentation accompanying equipment (usually one year). Used items are not guaranteed unless otherwise stated.
-All physical installation labor is guaranteed for 30 days from completion of installation. Normal service rates apply for any moves, adds or changes after or during initial installation. Work will be completed in accordance with standard practices. (If item warranty is 1 year and it breaks in 6 months, the item is replaced or repaired at the manufacture’s discretion but we still charge a service call to de-install /reinstall item)plus shipping.
-Service & installation labor is included only for equipment and labor listed in this agreement.
-Prices quoted are only for equipment and installation labor listed in this agreement.
-Any additions from the above list involving extra costs will be executed within 3 business days of request with payment due upon request.
-Any additions or deletions in listed material & labor will add to or decrease the cost respectively.
-We take every effort to make sure that the products or serviced you order are needed & right for you our customer. However All Sales are FINAL. All material & products are “Special Orders” & cannot be returned. Once Payment has been received Sale is final.
-initial programming of Phone System, phones, DVR, NVR or Cameras includes basic setup; extensions, voice mail boxes and handsets & any optional feature keys. Programming of additional features are billed separately. (setting up ring groups, Caller ID Routing, Music on hold or other special programming). Network items (switches, routers) also include basic setup only. Subsequent Allworx software upgrades will be billed at normal service rates for on-site or remote programming. If Software update package has been purchased then the only charge would be for tech time to update the Phone Switch.
-All On Site programming changes will be included for 30 days after installation ($105/hr thereafter). All Remote-Programming changes will be included for 30 days after installation ($70/hr. thereafter). No charge for remote programming changes that take less than 10 min.
-Service Calls or Additional Time spent remedying an issue that is the result of another company or carrier or another person, party or company’s mishap, or accident or act of God & not of J & J Networks, LLP., will be billed normal Time & Material at the normal service rates of $105 per hour.
-Labor Charges are non refundable.
-Travel Charges of $60 per hour will be incurred to & from for any customer site over 30 miles or more than 45 minutes away from our office.
-Consultation / Training on-site is billed at $105/ hour or remote or phone at &70/hr (free for 30 days if training relates to new items have just been installed)
-The above equipment is being recommended as applicable to your needs and will perform for you based on the information you provided and that has been discussed.
-All agreements are contingent upon availability, strikes, accidents or delays beyond our control. J & J Networks, LLP. is only responsible for the work it performs and products it supplies and is under no circumstances, including negligence or any other reason, liable for any incidental, special, or consequential damages that result in the use of or inability to use the above equipment. Prices subject to change - Prices are based on total purchase - All delivery or consultation services to be billed at published rates for each activity involved - We specifically disclaim any & all warranties,, expressed or implied, including buy not limited to any implied warranties or with regard to any licensed products. We shall not be liable of any loss of profits, business, goodwill, data, interruption of business, nor for breach of systems, incidental or consequential merchant-ability or fitness of purpose, damages related to this agreement.

-If additional computer , network or any other service or services or equipment not listed in the above list are needed for the current customers network or phone system as a consequence of the phone system installation or moves, adds or
changes so as to resolve any issues that need to be addressed in the course of the installation or changes to the phone system,
those fess or charges will be paid for by the customer to whomever is contracted to do that type of work or service, or to J & J Networks, LLP. if they perform the extra work
-Onsite Service Rates are $105/hr - 4 hr block for $85/hr (billed in half hour periods minimum 1 hr)
-Remote Programming or Telephone Support - $70/hr - 4 hr block $50/hr (billed in 15 minute periods)
Consultation or Tech Support phone calls are free up to 10 min. After that $70/hr (billed in 15 minute increments- min 30 min charge)after the first 30 min. Service /support time that is purchased in advance never expires & is not refundable.
Equipment will remain the property of J & J Networks, LLP. until full payment is received.
J & J NETWORKS, LLP, JAY SHULLMAN OR JACOB FOX or KEVIN BUNGER. IN NO EVENT WILL BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD-PARTY CLAIMING THROUGH YOU FOR ANY DAMAGE SUFFERED AS A RESULT OF ANY WORK PERFORMED ON INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY COMPUTER, HARD DRIVE, ANY STORAGE DEVICE, NETWORK, NETWORK ACCESSORIES, PHONE SYSTEM OR ANY OTHER RELATED SYSTEM OR DEVICE.
IN ADDITION J & J NETWORKS, LLP, JAY SHULLMAN OR JACOB FOX OR KEVIN BUNGER WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THE RESULT OF ANY DATA LOSS, CORRUPTION OF DATA, LACK OF ABILITY TO USE, OR ANY OTHER MISHAP OR PROBLEM INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO COPYING OR DOWNLOADING INFORMATION OR MATERIAL CONTAINED ON ANY HARD DRIVE OR COMPUTER STORAGE MEDIA, NETWORK OR ANY RELATED DEVICES OR SYSTEMS.
IN NO EVENT SHALL J & J NETWORKS, LLP, JAY SHULLMAN OR JACOB FOX OR KEVIN BUNGER BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD-PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, EXTRAORDINARY, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, PROFITS OR OTHER ECONOMIC ADVANTAGE) HOWEVER ARISING, WHETHER FOR BREACH OR IN TORT EVEN IF J & J NETWORKS, LLP, JAY SHULLMAN OR JACOB FOX. ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH POSSIBLE DAMAGE.
J & J NETWORKS, LLP, JAY SHULLMAN OR JACOB FOX.OR KEVIN BUNGER HAS ADVISED THE BELOW CUSTOMER THAT THERE IS A RISK OF DATA LOSS WHENEVER A COMPUTER, HARD DRIVE OR ANY OTHER STORAGE DEVICE, NETWORK OR ASSOCIATED ACCESSORIES ARE BEING WORKIED ON AND HAS ADVISED THE CUSTOMER TO MAKE A VERIFIED BACKUP OF ALL DATA AS TO PREVENT ANY LOSS.
CUSTOMER SIGNED BELOW ADMITS THAT THEY HAVE BEEN INFORMED COMPLTETLY OF THE POSSIBLE RISKS INVOLVED AND AGREE WITH ALL OF THE ABOVE AND THAT J & J NETWORKS, LLP, JAY SHULLMAN OR JACOB FOX OR KEVIN BUNGER MAY PROCEED WITH THE SERVICE / INSTALLATION WORK REQUESTED BY THE CUSTOMER. CUSTOMER AFIRMS THAT THEY HAVE VERIFIED BACKUPS OF ALL NECESSARY DATA THAT COULD POSSIBLY BE AFFECTED.
WITH THE ABOVE UNDERSTANDING THAT INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, J & J NETWORKS, LLP, JAY SHULLMAN OR JACOB FOX OR KEVIN BUNGER, IT’S EMPLOYEES AND SUBCONTRACTORS ARE HELD HARMLESS AND WITHOUT LIABILITY ON WHATEVER WORK ALL INCLUSIVE IS PERFORMED; ONLY WILL J & J NETWORKS, LLP, JAY SHULLMAN OR JACOB FOX OR KEVIN BUNGER. PROCEED WITH WORK ON THE CUSTOMER’S PREMISE, NETWORK, CABLING, COMPUTER and /or PHONE SYSTEMS, OTHER SYSTEM DEVICE OR ITEM
